Disclaimer: chatgbotai.app is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI, Anthropic, xAI, DeepSeek, or any other model provider. We access these models through their official APIs, under each provider's API terms, and all model names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
By accessing or using the chatgbotai.app app and website ("App" or "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the App. Your continued use of the App constitutes your acceptance of any updates or changes to these Terms. Please read them carefully before using the App.
Under no circumstances shall the chatgbotai.app team be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of data or profit, arising out of the use, or the inability to use, the materials on this site, even if the chatgbotai.app team or an authorized representative has been advised of the possibility of such damages, except to the extent such liability cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
We reserve the right to change prices and revise the resources usage policy at any time, in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

"chatgbotai.app" is the brand and product name of the Service available at chatgbotai.app. You can contact us at any time at chatgbotai@koiapps.co.
Purchases made through the chatgbotai.app website are sold by Paddle.com Market Ltd. ("Paddle"), which acts as the Merchant of Record (reseller) for those transactions. This means Paddle handles the order, payment processing, billing, applicable taxes, and refund processing on our behalf. When you make a purchase, Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms and Privacy Notice also apply to that transaction.
We do not collect or store your full payment card details; these are processed securely by Paddle. Refunds and cancellations are governed by our Refund Policy and are processed through Paddle.
chatgbotai.app grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the Service strictly in accordance with these Terms.
These Terms are a contract between you and Koiapps (the provider of the chatgbotai.app website and the services accessible from it, collectively the "chatgbotai.app Service"). You acknowledge that chatgbotai.app may stop (permanently or temporarily) providing the Service (or features within it) at its discretion, with reasonable notice where required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time. If we disable access to your account, you may be prevented from accessing the Service or materials contained in your account, subject to applicable law and your rights under our Refund Policy.

We may display, include or make available third-party content or links to third-party websites or services ("Third-Party Services"). chatgbotai.app is not responsible for any Third-Party Services, including their accuracy, completeness, legality or quality, and does not assume liability for them. Third-Party Services are provided as a convenience, and you access and use them at your own risk and subject to those third parties' terms and conditions.

Please read our Refund Policy to learn how you can request refunds or cancel your subscription. Refunds are processed by Paddle as our Merchant of Record. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory refund or withdrawal rights you have under applicable consumer law.
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated by you or chatgbotai.app. chatgbotai.app may suspend or terminate this Agreement with reasonable notice where required by law, or immediately if you materially fail to comply with these Terms. You may terminate this Agreement at any time by ceasing to use the Service. Termination does not affect any refund due to you under our Refund Policy, nor any rights or remedies that accrued before termination.
If you are a copyright owner or an agent thereof and believe any material on our App infringes your copyright, please contact us with: (a) a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized person; (b) identification of the allegedly infringing material; (c) your contact information (address, telephone number, and email); (d) a statement of your good-faith belief that the use is not authorized; and (e) a statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
You agree to indemnify and hold chatgbotai.app and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners and licensors harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your (a) use of the App; (b) violation of these Terms or any law or regulation; or (c) violation of any right of a third party, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" with all faults and defects, without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, chatgbotai.app disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement. chatgbotai.app makes no representation that the App will meet your requirements, achieve intended results, be compatible with other software or services, operate without interruption, or be error-free. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so some or all of the above exclusions may not apply to you.
Notwithstanding any damages you might incur, the entire liability of chatgbotai.app and its suppliers under these Terms, and your exclusive remedy, shall be limited to the amount actually paid by you for the App. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall chatgbotai.app or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages (including loss of profits, data, business interruption, or privacy). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above may not apply to you. Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited or excluded under the mandatory consumer-protection laws applicable to you.

All models are accessed through their providers' official APIs, and each model and its trademarks remain the property of its respective owner. chatgbotai.app is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by OpenAI, Anthropic, xAI, DeepSeek, or any other provider.
The Service is used to interact with these models through their official APIs and is governed by the providers' content and usage policies, which prohibit explicit, illegal, and harmful content. The Service cannot be used to generate deepfakes or any realistic imagery of real people, including private individuals or public figures, face swaps, or voice impersonations, and we do not offer any model fine-tuned to produce realistic human likenesses.
AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or not unique, and should not be relied upon as factual, professional, or comprehensive advice. Users are solely responsible for their inputs and for their use of any generated output, including ensuring they do not submit or generate copyrighted, confidential, or unlawful material. The Service should not be used for medical, legal, financial, or other critical decisions, and any such use is at the user's own risk.
If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable or invalid, it will be modified to accomplish its objective to the greatest extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other legal notices published by chatgbotai.app, constitute the entire agreement between you and chatgbotai.app concerning the Service.
The failure to exercise a right or require performance of an obligation under these Terms shall not affect a party's ability to exercise such right or require such performance thereafter, nor shall a waiver of a breach constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
chatgbotai.app reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice before the new terms take effect. By continuing to use the App after revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree, you may stop using the Service and delete your account.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and chatgbotai.app regarding your use of the App and supersede all prior agreements. You may be subject to additional terms when you use or purchase other chatgbotai.app services, which we will provide at the time of such use or purchase. Purchases processed by Paddle are additionally subject to Paddle's buyer terms.
The App and its entire contents, features and functionality (including all information, software, text, displays, images, video and audio, and their design, selection and arrangement) are owned by chatgbotai.app, its licensors or other providers, and are protected by Turkish and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property laws. Third-party model names and trademarks referenced in the Service belong to their respective owners. The material may not be copied, modified, reproduced, downloaded or distributed without our express prior written permission, except as expressly provided in these Terms.
Subject to the Consumer Rights section below, disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be finally settled by arbitration before the Istanbul Arbitration Center (ISTAC) pursuant to the ISTAC Arbitration Rules. The language of arbitration shall be English, the place of arbitration shall be İzmir, Türkiye, and a sole arbitrator shall be appointed by the board. Turkish law shall apply to the merits of the dispute.
If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your mandatory rights under the consumer-protection laws that apply to you, including any right to a refund or withdrawal and any right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence. Where any provision of these Terms (including the arbitration, governing-law, limitation-period, or liability provisions) conflicts with those mandatory rights, your mandatory statutory rights prevail.
If you submit or post any ideas, suggestions, designs, information or proposals, you agree that such submissions are non-confidential and non-proprietary and become the sole property of chatgbotai.app without compensation or credit to you. chatgbotai.app may use the ideas in such submissions for any purpose.
chatgbotai.app may include contests, promotions, or sweepstakes ("Promotions") that may be governed by separate rules with eligibility requirements. You are responsible for reading any Promotion's rules to determine eligibility. If you enter a Promotion, you agree to comply with its rules.
If a product or service is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to a typographical error, we (and Paddle as Merchant of Record) have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price. If your payment has already been processed and your order is canceled, Paddle will issue a refund to your original payment method.
If a court finds any provision of these Terms unenforceable, the remainder will continue in full force. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of chatgbotai.app. chatgbotai.app operates and controls the Service from Türkiye. The Service is not intended for use by any person in any jurisdiction where such use would be contrary to law. Those who access the Service from other locations do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.
